Darrell Hair is now again in Elite panel of ICC umpires(It's Shocking man!!) & hence there is a possibility of new discussion around the world of cricket.In August 2006 he accused Pakistan for doing some pranks with a ball & that test match was than forfeited.This decision was taken by ICC though there were Asian teams in opposition.
In August 2006,he tried to ban Murlidharan after declaring him as a throw bowler.ICC has decided that Hair will not be Umpiring in Pakistan matches.It seems that ICC only thinks about non-Asian teams;& that's why he selected Hair in Elite ICC umpire panel.
Inzammam & sahayar khan showed their unhappiness towards ICC decision. However,Australian board was happy & Peter Young of Australian Cricket Board said that according to me,He is one of the best umpire.He has very deep knowledge of cricket.
